Q. Can I scan a document that is several hundred pages long?
Our machines all have document feeders which allow them to scan from unbound documents. The tricky bit is logging into the machine. I would be happy to have you log in with my card. I will be gone tomorrow, but Heidi says that she would do the same. The second challenge is where does the scan go. We think that you could scan to a flash drive. If you logged in with your spouse's log in, then it could be sent to her email. When sending scans to emails we recommend batches of 40 pages to be safe. We have not had an email bounce back because of length for quite a while, so that may no longer be necessary.
Please let us know what you decide to do.
