Start here:
https://products.office.com/en-us/student?tab=students
and choose the "Get Started for Free" green button
Enter your Sewanee email address and it will verify with a message to that account with a link to a very brief registration with Office 365.
Then you can download the Office software and/or use Office 365 online.
