The University currently offers the following locations for student printing:
Spencer Hall: 2nd Floor
duPont Library: ATC lab, 3rd floor
Gailor Hall: Ground Floor

The first step in printing is to register your ID:
1. Place your ID card over the card reader labeled "Scan ID Here". for student printing:
2. Sign in on the printer screen:

User Name = Email/Banner login (without "@sewanee.edu")
Password = Your Banner password

3. Your ID is now registered on all public student printers.

Once your ID is registered, you are able to print from any device with an internet connection logged into your Sewanee email, including laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhone, or other mobile devices. 
1. Open your Sewanee email on your device to send a new message to webprint@sewanee.edu.
2. Attach the documents you wish to print to the email. It works best if they are a .pdf or a .docx file. 
3. Once you've sent the email, go to one of the public printers on campus, wave your ID card to login, and print your document(s). Follow directions for printing on the machine.
